Research being done in developing countries that are most affected by climate change is also outstanding.Originality/valueThe results collected will assist scientific researchers to better understand the research status and frontier trends in this sector, thus permitting researchers to comprehend current research interests in the LUCE analysis field and providing useful information for further investigation and publication strategies.Īdditive manufacturing has allowed for the creation of a patient-specific custom solution that can resolve many of the limitations previously reported for canine cranioplasty. Finally, keen interest in carbon emissions and sustainable development in developed countries, particularly in Europe, has led to a large number of LUCE studies. Thirdly, although the natural sciences ranked highly on BC detection, social and humanities sciences have contributed more to the LUCE research with an increasing emphasis on regional and global governance to combat climate change. As agriculture also involves food security, the pressure on agriculture to reduce carbon is enormous, and more research and policy investment will be needed in the future. Secondly, greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture are attracting more attention. Two indicators, betweenness centrality (BC) and citation burst (CB) embedded in CiteSpace, were utilized to investigate the knowledge structures.Design/methodology/approachTwo indicators, BC and CB embedded in CiteSpace, were introduced to investigate the knowledge structures.FindingsFirstly, pre-2000 papers provide the main theoretical foundation for LUCE research, and the innovation of computer technology also provides new ideas and methods for related research. As there is a lack of data to represent the knowledge structure and evolution of LUCE between 19, this paper turned to CiteSpace in order to identify and visualize the cited references and keyword networks, the distribution of categories and countries and highly cited references in connection to LUCE research. PurposeOne of the most critical and active research areas in the field of climate change in recent years has been the interaction between land use and carbon emissions (LUCE). This model is used to develop a tool to determine the process settings required to achieve a consistent weld power in builds with different stiffnesses. This is the first research paper to develop a predictive model relating UAM weld power and the mechanical compliance of the build over a range of foil combinations. Weld power in UAM is found to be largely determined by the mechanical compliance of the build and insensitive to foil material strength. In-situ measurements of the weld power are presented for various build stiffnesses to compare model predictions with experiments. Linear elastic finite element modeling and experimental modal analysis are used to characterize the system’s mechanical compliance, and linear system dynamics theory is used to understand the relationship between weld power and compliance. This study aims to model the relationship between UAM weld power and system compliance considering the workpiece (geometry and materials) and the fixture on which the build is fabricated. The electrical power input to the ultrasonic welder is a key driver of part quality in UAM, but under the same process parameters, it can vary widely for different build geometries and material combinations because of mechanical compliance in the system. If there was also a way to hide the controls(top and bottom menu) while in the viewer or enter a "full-screen" mode then this app would definitely earn the 5 stars it is trying to receive.Ultrasonic additive manufacturing (UAM) is a solid-state joining technology used for three-dimensional printing of metal foilstock. I usually take a series of 4 x-rays and I have to disable contrast when I switch to the next x-ray or risk it accidentally going full black and having to "play" with the image to get it back to normal. There are many times I will show someone an x-ray and if I don't remember to disable the contrast right away it will go completely white or black. I would very much like the option of completely turning off the contrast control or having it greyed out by default, like the angle controls are. No certain function seems to cause it, it just happens. The Bad: I do get the occasional crash, I can not reproduce it but it can happen very randomly with no rhyme or reason. Images look very good on the iPad, easy to use. The Query/Retrieve function is quick between the two. The Good: This app works very well with the Osirix Viewing program on my (2010) Mac Mini.
